Terms of Service

1. The service

Onchatup lets you unify messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram into a single inbox, and build pipelines, broadcasts, and automations on top of them.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Onchatup.

3. Connected channels and third-party policies

When you connect a messaging channel (e.g. WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger), your use of that channel through Onchatup is also subject to the relevant provider's terms — including Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Platform Terms. You are responsible for complying with those third-party terms, and for having the necessary rights and consents to message your contacts through them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Onchatup to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or engage in phishing.
• Send content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates a third party's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Violate the acceptable-use policies of any connected messaging provider.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, to protect the integrity of the service and our standing with connected providers.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the contact data, message content, and other content you upload to or send through Onchatup. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you (e.g. displaying your inbox, running your automations).

6. Termination

You may stop using Onchatup and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if required by a connected messaging provider (e.g. Meta) whose policies you've violated.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Onchatup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSMA Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including message delivery failures caused by third-party messaging providers.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Onchatup after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
